5. Listening to Ratchet for the first time then, I would have expected Shamir to be performing on SNL and appearing in fashion magazines by this point. And yet, now that he's so thoroughly rejected this album and its accompanying aesthetic, I can see that there really wasn't much more than the still-excellent "On the Regular" here.
